As a member of the rescue network I would like to ask you all to go and look at this petition. I don't know how people can be so cruel to someone who was trying to help one of us....it just doesn't make any sense to me.

Oh, that's a very sad story. The video is really heartbreaking. Dogs aren't property. Thanks for posting.
It made my ma ape especially sad because when I was found I had an embedded chain in my neck like it looked like that dog may have had. Why are people who do things like that given any protection?
