I think Mom has finally snapped. She is frazzled, yelling, crying and keeping Harry in his cage. I knew this would happen. Eight is just too many dogs. I tried to tell her...oh well, it isn't like she planned this.
Mom took Harry to a friend's house for a few days. I think she is going to send him to the rescue's kennel. She feels bad, but she is overloaded.

Tell your mother not to feel bad, she needs to do what's best for herself too. Harry would completely understand.
My mom and dad had to take a dog to the rescue kennel today because they couldn't keep him. Mom was sad but she knew he would be okay there. My mom understands what your mom is going through.
Give her a big kiss Maxey, that will help.

Hmmmm ... Harry is the young one, eh? Probably got into some caffeine and became Ultra-lab or something. Tell your Mom it's okay to not be Superwoman .. sometimes you just have to settle for Wonder Woman !!! She's a wonder for all she does for all you guys.
Maxey--you tell your mom that she's a rescue angel no matter what. The people can only do what they can do and eight dogs is really a lot for only one grown-up person. There are two grown-up people at my house and they have trouble with five and we're all permanent residents.
Harry will be just fine at the rescue kennel and his own angels will come and pick him up. It's true--tell your mom.

Thanks everyone. Mom still feels bad, but Harry is a puppy and Mom specializes in seniors. He got into EVERYTHING! Mom would turn her back and he'd be in the sink, or eating new diapers, or chewing up puzzle pieces, or picking play fights with me or Lily. Or just barking his brains out.
Life has been quieter today. AND Mom took us all out to our friend Kathy's house for our walk in the woods! Even Wookie went (he is all better). Everyone is now laying around, even Mom. I think we are all going to go to bed soon. (AND we already had a nap earlier!) Sleeping is good.

Oh Maxey..... I hope your mom cheers up soon! I think most of the senior dogs in your home will appreciate the return of the quiet, calm home! Harry will probably be happy to go to another foster home with dogs more of his age to play!! Things will be ok because you are there for your mom!!
